Len's Auto Brokerage is terrible to their customers when they have unexpected circumstances arise. We bought a 2000 Volvo from Len's Auto Brokerage in September of 2012. We put $1500 down (in two installments, 2 weeks apart) and made payments of $267.38 per month from November 2012 until June 2013 for a total of $3,609.04. At the beginning of July 2013, my wife's brother became very ill and had to be hospitalized in Florida, so we had to scrape up the cash to get her there and it was necessary to dip into the car payment to accomplish this. (we are both 60 years old and on a very limited income) We didn't think it would be a big deal to be a couple weeks late with a payment and I looked for extra work to make up for the fact that my wife was unable to work during this time. I had to travel around to some of the jobs and was, therefore somewhat out of touch with things at home.
