We live locally in Tucson but were having some remodeling done on our bathroom, we had NO SHOWER at home, so decided to rent a room to take a shower. I called the office and the gentlemen was very nice, HOWEVER we were given a room that HAD BEEN USED, AND WAS NOT CLEAN!!!! We should have suspected with the cheap price that this inn would be low class and we were right! The towels did not look washed and smelled. There were pieces of trash on the bedspread and the sheets looked dirty. The pillows were lumpy and clumped and when we took the pillow cases off, the pillows were heavily stained. The carpet was stained, mold in the shower caulk. The TV controller was missing the battery backing so the batteries were taped to the controller, Need I say more! We were afraid we would get bed bugs so we slept with our clothes on and left early in the morning! When I went to turn in the key, I had to ring the bell 5 times for a middle eastern man to come out, not say a word and just wave me away. I would give zero stars if I could.
