Nicholas Tree Service removed a very large mesquite tree from my front yard and did an amazing job. Pool solution failed to collect payment from a home warranty company I had and waited 6 months before notifying me they were turning it over to collection. Not once did they talk to me or discuss the matter with me prior to turnining it over to collection. The amount was only $139.00 in which I would have gladly paid if they could have proved they did not get paid and the warranty company refused to pay. I filed a claim with the BBB and they failed to even respond to the complaint. The whole point of having home warranty is subsidize the cost of home ownership repairs. Why would I pay a home warranty company and still have to pay Pool Solutions. I think their practice was unprofessional and unethical. You would think they would not even perform the work if they they claimed they were not paid, that is usually the policy of vendors working with home warranty companies.
