My husband and I hired Robert Klob Designs back in October of 2013 to design our dream home. We still have not received final plans that have been approved by the city. He does not return phone calls or e-mails for weeks at a time. He always has excuses...out of town, family emergency, on vacation, engineers running behind, etc. He is not licensed in anything! We've paid him over $20,000 and have nothing to show for it. He is completely unethical and a bully. Do NOT hire Robert Klob! We feel very stupid and frustrated. Do your homework. My husband and I signed a contract with Robert Klob almost 2 years ago...it will be 2 years next month and we still don't have finalized plans that the city will approve or permit. He has been terrible at communicating, and responding to e-mails and phone calls. He has one excuse after another for not meeting deadlines! I would NEVER recommend him as a designer. When we started the process, we were so excited about building our dream home...and now we are nothing but stressed, upset, and doubting whether or not we should move forward. We feel like the whole project is jinxed. Stay away from Robert Klob designs. We have invested thousands of dollars and wasted two years with nothing to show for it right now! ...read more

In this day and age there are a lot of email scams. Recently, I have had many customers come into the store regarding emails they or thier family members have received supposedly from UPS regarding undeliverable shipments. The email shows a UPS logo and tagline to provide misleading authenticity to the email. If you receive this type of email please forward it to fraud@ups.com because it is not a valid email nor is it from UPS or its affiliates. Please note that UPS will not contact you through email regarding a shipment. If there is a problem with a shipment, UPS will send you a postcard.
