I am a local small business owner and I was looking for a local company to build a website for my business. I found Paracore LLC at craigslist in Arizona. I have a VERY BAD experience with this company. I paid them $2000 deposit (50% down) for a basic website. He told me to pick a template (cost about $69) so that his partner can work on it. I was persuaded by the owner Nate since he said there are lots of work. After I started working with them, they asked me to do almost everything timely. I feel it becomes my job and what they need to do just upload the images and texts to template. It is totally different from what I expected. Then I talked to several experience IT guys and other web developers to review the proposal, I was told I paid almost 3-4 times than market fair price for same project. The owner Nate refused to refund even they have not real started working on the project. They refused to refund me $2000 and keep it for over 9 months. I did not get anything from them. ...read more

$$$$$$ STEP BY STEP AT YOUR OWN PACE $$$$$$ I retired at 55 from a $75,000 a year job and started a home based business. This winter has been cold and snowy in my neck of the woods. Thanks to my little heater beside my computer, I'm nice and toasty. As I look out the window of my little house I see people bundled up, bent over, rushing to their cars, to catch the corner bus. THE GREAT THING ABOUT IT, IS: There is no selling, and no inventory. Basically you go at your pace, with no pressure, no deadlines. HOWEVER: The more you work at it the more you earn.
