I got estimates from other plumbing companies in my area to replace 2 toilets in my house but they were way to high. Rooter hero gave me a great price and got the job done very fast! WORST experience I've ever had! First, Commercial manager Michael M. showed up at the wrong time for the estimate appointment. Then he was half an hour late for the re-schedule the next day. To top the fiasco off the work crew did not read the instructions on the work order and the appointment was a no show. THREE STRIKES YOU'RE OUT!!!!.
