i'd say don't waste your time. my wife and son made an appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half before my son started crying and they left in disgust. other people were taken before them and the person they had the appointment with worked the entire time (SLOWLY) on one ladies hair. i get a very strong feeling that they did not want to deal with the scared autistic kid and this was their way of avoiding him, probably not true but it happens enough that you can't help but think it. ...read more

I would warn you away from these rude people who do not know what they are doing. I went for a pedicure and ended up with a chemical burn on both my feet because the girl didn't know what she was doing. I asked for a refund and was told I could only have one if I signed something saying I wouldn't sue. Time off work for the doctors with antibiotics and burn cream and they still won't refund me, I also found out that they have several lawsuits against them ...read more

Bad Hair Day?!?
Don't let these stylist damage your hair by doing just anything or using just anything on your hair! If you can buy it at Safeway or Sally's you might as well do it yourself,find a stylist that is Professional-using Professional products. If they don't tell you about your hair, "ma'am I notice your hair is dry and brittle, Ma'am you need to get a trim and a deep condition" if she/he doesn't check your scalp out and ask question about what's been going on since your last visit,she might not care! The climate changes, so should their products- talking to you about what's going on can only help you and your hair! Just make sure that they care about your hair and not just the money their making!!! ...read more
