I live in the neighborhood across the street from SVS, this community is so warm and welcoming. I come at least 4 times a week to participate in exercise class. I have a friend who is a veteran and lives in a VA home who i took to SVS for lunch and he wishes he could move here. Beware of this group shysters .... first they are very elusive with a number of different site all with minimal negative reviews and tied to an attorney who refuses to return calls or hold his "client" accountable for paying their bills.... In my digging, I am finding the attorney in question listed a a broker of record for a local real estate company that, also uses the phone number of a half dozen other sites to promote vacation rentals. Scottsdale Village Square is my favorite assisted living facility. I am a home health care physical therapist and I travel to many facilities. Scottsdale Village Square is my favorite because the people that work there are treated like family and they truly enjoy their jobs which is reflected in the way they treat the residents, and visitors. The staff have a genuine concern for the health and well-being of each and every one that lives there. Management is responsive and compassionate. The nurses stay on top of everyone’s needs, quickly responding to both routine and urgent matters. The caregivers are energetic, personable, and careful. The buildings and grounds are so well-maintained. It is obvious that the owners and employees take great pride in their facility. Individual privacy is valued and yet many of the residents enjoy the busy schedule of social and enriching activities.
