Dr. Rozebh is dedicated to his craft. He thinks in terms of what will produce the best outcome for the patient, and are not all about their financial bottom line. The support staff, from the nurses to the front office, is courteous, responsive to the patient and caring. The facilities are reasonably clean and tidy. Dr. Rozebh is not just a good surgeon, but also a warm and caring human being with great bed-side manners. Roseann has no idea what she's doing! The extensions were 3 mm longer than what i requested, and and were too heavy for my lashes. SHe also placed them far away from my lids, so it looked like 2 weeks of growth, right out of the salon!I dropped about 1000 hints that i just wanted to relax and sleep during the visit, and she talked my ear off. SEriously, she would NOT shut up. And she actually said "i work so much faster when i don't talk." ok, then please don't talk, lady! In addition, she took forever and charged me $300 for a terrible job, even when she admitted that she didn't have time to do as many lashes as she would normally (less talking please!!). THe result was that i had a noticible difference in the number of lashes from one eye to the other. I've had lash extensions elsewhere and this was by FAR the worst set i've ever gotten. I went somewhere else and paid $90 to have them soaked off because I didn't want Roseann to get anywhere near my face again. ...read more
