NextCare Urgent Care

After experiencing the awful Urgent Care in Prescott Valley for years I was hesitant to see what Ucr Urgent Care in Prescott held in store for us. But my preschool age daughter was very sick, so I set out, expecting the worse. What a pleasant surprise. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and there was only one other patient waiting. We waited 20 minutes total in the waiting room and the doctors exam room. The front desk women were courteous and pleasant, the medical assistant was indifferent, but as least she wasn't out right rude, and the Doctor was amazing! Thank you Dr. Dabny and Ucr for changing our attitude on Urgent Care facilities! Maybe there is hope for our health care system yet. ...read more
