I am sooooo disgusted with the horrible customer service of this company, from the "answering service" to the rude tech today, I am fed up! I paid over $1200 for a humidifier to be installed. Not only do they consistently NOT show up for appts., they tried to BLAME me for the hole in the ceiling caused by their tech. (who, by the way, admitted it was his fault!). It has been 2-1/2 weeks since the install. Not only does the humidifer not work, I am still awaiting the completion of the repair! They have 2 open cases against them with the Registrar of Contractors as of today. Tomorrow, I will be filing my own complaint. Who would install a humidifier and not have a humidfier METER to show the efficacy????? I have waited repeatedly for them to show up for appts, then they don't show. I was told someone would be here this afternoon. It is 6pm. I don't think anyone is going to show. SHOCKER! BUYER BEWARE! How do these people stay in business???? ...read more
