I'm wondering how a dietitian of 27 years can call a diet of nothing but oatmeal and beans a vegan diet? Where are the vegetables that are a substantial amount of a vegan diet?? No wonder the AZ prisoners are dying off in record numbers due to health problems when they can't even get proper diets, much less health care.
