We contracted Carl to make a stair railing for us July 19, 2017. He never completed the stair railing and we paid him $1,510. He promised to give us our money back on October 16, 2017. He still has not paid us back. We have no railing and no money. Part of the railing, that we paid for via PayPal, I did dispute and won that dispute. The other $900 deposit money Carl has still not paid us. I have filed a lawsuit for the return of our monies plus all court fees. Carl is not licensed and not insured. He is NOT a professional. Use these clown if you have no standards of quality of work what so ever! I think a group of blind peopld would do better work than this guy. Charges you full payment up front and then still bills extra while his workers turn a 2 day job into a week! These guys have no clue of how to do business at all, they will cut corners anyway possible and then bail out! Disgusting company! ...read more
