I went to the 32nd St outlet store to buy a refrigerator, pick out the one I wanted and proceeded to get the details on purchase. I was told the delivery charge is $70.00. I live around the corner & asked to speak to the manager to see if I could get a break on the cost. Her name is Andrea, she was rude, told me there was NO bartering, basically said take it or leave it, & walked away. I noticed the store was lacking customers & I know why. They lost my business too. Home Depot, Spencers, Fry's electronics,etc delivers for free & even if they don't, there's a Polite way to say NO. I hope Andreas boss reads this, she needs a time out. ...read more
