I am 9 weeks into my training with Elvira. I have been working out for decades, vegetarian, and I am also a Type I diabetic. I have been a Type I diabetic for 23 years Even though I have been working out for decades I couldn’t reduce the fat around my stomach. I thought because I was a vegetarian my eating habits and workouts were good. My first contact with Elvira she asked about all the foods I was eating and then she was able to show me all the sugars and fats I was consuming. I was stunned to realize how unhealthy my eating habits were. This unhealthy eating was the cause of my excess fat around my stomach. After 9 weeks of training with Elvira my insulin intake for my diabetes is down almost 60%. I have lost around 15 pounds and because of the reduction in insulin I have much clearer thinking.
