I am 9 weeks into my training with Elvira. I have been working out for decades, vegetarian, and I am also a Type I diabetic. I have been a Type I diabetic for 23 years Even though I have been working out for decades I couldn’t reduce the fat around my stomach. I thought because I was a vegetarian my eating habits and workouts were good. I’ve never been very open about any weight loss before, because I knew I did it, but I didn’t know how to maintain it.
