Customer service is meager at best as a whole. While the older individuals are very helpful, it is mostly younger adults that run the store towards the evening hours and they walk away from you or congregate at a front register to converse about subjects completely unrelated to work. If your a Lowes shopper, I recommend the one in surprise or peoria. I also get this looming feeling that the manager is somewhat biased towards certain individuals. ...read more
