This company packed our small items well. However, our main concern were to family irreplaceable items. They told me they would wrap them carefully at the warehouse as I was concerned they did not wrap them before loading on their truck. When we received them, the shipping cardboard crate was full of large holes. The antique chest was not wrapped and was covered with scratches. The tall corner shelf had burst thru the top of the crate (which was made to short for the item) and was really damaged. veneer gone..etc. Also the items were covered with filth and cobwebs from sitting in their warehouse for over 2 weeks before shipment. I called them directly (also called Ships Smart) and Industrial crating said a manager would call to see what they could do to improve. Never heard from them. ShipsSmart uses Inter Trans Insurance Services. They disallowed everything and paid us nothing. If you have any family items...do not use this company or Ships Smart.
