We're new to Phoenix and were pleasantly surprised to find Print Source One. They've done a great job providing direct mail lists and printing up our postcards. Doug is the owner and suggested that we use EDDM, Every Door Direct Mail, to save money on our postage. We did and it worked! We cut our costs and found 5 new customers within the first week. We have been a customer of Print Source One for over 10 years. During that time we have tried other printing companies using coupons, Groupon deals etc., but have always come back for the consistently great printing and overall cheapest prices.Perhaps the best thing about them is they are family owned and operated - NOT one of the big box companies that turn and burn their employees. I ordered 1,000 Postcards and they were supposed to come in on a Friday but didn't end up making it until Monday which set our marketing back a whole weekend. I was pretty angry and surprisingly so was Pete who helped me with my order. They went out of their way to maintain contact with me all weekend and on monday gave me another 1,000 postcards (on top of the original order) and also did a free set of bus. cards for us as a throw in. Overall i spent about $55 and got 2K postcards, 1000 business cards, and the kind of service I thought was nonexistent these days. I won't go anywhere else ever again! Thanks guys! ...read more
