All I can say is that they have decent customer service, which is good, because your going to need them. Counter tops installed look used. Arrived with blemishes and small nicks in tops. They tried to buff them out but the tops still look like they were used. They filled the nicks with clear epoxy and now it looks like I have glass sized dimes on my counter tops. Also, there is a small cut from fabrication that was not addressed. Craftsmanship is very poor . Shop else where if you can. We ordered countertops etc through Home Depot Jan 2. Stone Systems came out on Jan 10 to measure. We were told one or two weeks max. It took much longer. We were with out any water systems in the kitchen for over a week. We kept trying to call Wanda. They would not answer the phone and not return calls when we left messages. Finally installed Feb 5. They would come out the next day to remeasure for backsplash tiles. Came out on Feb 15. We were not given the truth about what was really happening next. One time they told Home Depot that the project is being worked on, the next time they said the tiles were not in the factory. Today is March4....nearly 2 months after we started. They should be here in an hour....but can I rely on what we hear???The countertops, quartz, are beautiful but I would not work with this company again. ...read more

Purchased cabinets at Home Depo 10-28-12 - cabinets installed on December 4th and representative from Stone Systems of Arizona was out to measure etc. I was told when we purchased the cabinets and counter top that the counter top would take 1 week and 2 at most. The representative told me the earliest it would be was 2 weeks and after speaking with Wanda numerous times I was assured by her we would have the counter tops installed the week of December 17th. Keep in mind that I told her over and over again that I didn't have a kitchen sink and needed it in before X-Mas or I would have to cancel order and go somewhere else. She assured me it would be the week of the 17th. My husband called her on the 17th and she sd it wouldn't be installed until December 26th!!!!! and there was no way she could scheudle us sooner as far as she was told by her production department!!!! I called her and she was able to schedule us for December 22nd. Will keep posted on if they show and what kind of job they do. This probably wouldn't have been such a big issue, except for the fact that they had our money for 2 months and I didn't have a working sink as my old sink wouldn't fit in the new cabinets. We have seen in the past many imported items that, for many reasons, may contain unhealthy amounts of lead. Monitoring for such items can be expensive and time consuming.
