I wish that I could give them ZERO starts. They lie, and lie and lie. We called and the person on the phone was very rude, like she did NOT understand why we were calling. We needed a tow, and we were told that it would be 45 min before someone got here. ( totally understandable ) We never received a confirmation, or a phone call, or even a text message ( Confirming ) We ended up waiting very patiently for over an hour and a half... (keep in mind its during the hottest part of the day 4PM) We were waiting outside (RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR, because we had no where else to go, everything was far away, and then we decided to call them again to see where this tow truck was. The person that we spoke with said that the tow truck driver called and said no one was there. ( SUCH A LIE, WE WERE SITTING ON THE CURB RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE CAR THE ENTIRE TIME. ) - this is so pathetic. We had already paid for them to come out, &so they sent out another tow truck. Well... it was NOT UNTIL 8:30PM. ...read more

In this case, manufacturers issue what is known as aTechnical Service Bulletin– or TSB. These bulletins tell service centers how to repair a problem that occurs frequently or is especially difficult. The pros receive updated information through subscription plans, which are sometimes available in consumer versions too. You can buy access to these for an annual fee.
