Highly recommend! I had previously spend hundreds with another firm, and never got our office right. Advantacom fixed our sharing issues, and did so much extra. The whole thing costs us just over a hundred bucks. By far the best tech and fastest work we've had done in the 20 years we've been in business. I ordered from AC Tool Supply because of their great price on the item I was looking for despite reading some negative reviews. Bad choice. They charged our card for the item on the day I ordered it and then didn't ship the item until 3 weeks later. It was very difficult to get an order confirmation, receipt, or estimated ship date. NEVER would give me any shipping information, until I threated to cancel order or dispute charge with credit card company. They seemed knowledgeable and helpful about the stuff they are selling but their customer service sucks big time. I would not recommend them. ...read more

We had a small problem that we could not fix on our own. We called the Gold Canyon Computer Repair Service and they set Matt up to remote into our computer. He found out we had a virus and he got us up and running quickly. Their price was fair and we are very pleased with the service quality. ...this is the computer repair company to call first. I had a dead laptop that had recently been serviced by another computer repair guy. It turns out that it still had a virus infection on it because I had a bad anti-virus on it (don't use Norton, lesson learned). Matt at Gold Canyon Computer Repair Service quickly identified the virus and removed it, then he upgraded me to Avira Anti Virus. I went into this store twice the week of Feb 6, the first time I couldn't get any service and I was wanting to buy a fairly expensive computer and I couldn't get a sales person to help.
