HORRIBLE COMPANY would not recommend you go here and buy a car . They never had my pay days correct , harrassed me for payment 5 days early via text and via phone. Alex Kraft worst agent ever told me she was supervisor, found that hard to believe, knows nothing about FDCPA laws and regulations. My car was stolen , no sympathy no customer service , told me I would be stupid to pay on a stolen car. No one that has bad credit should EVER be treated like you are being harrrassed by a THIRD PARTY COLLECTION agency that doesn't know about FDCPA law or collections. She hung up on me and called me back , harrassed my friends and relatives and this was AFTER the car was reported stolen and AFTER she advised not to make payment. They are now reported to the BBC and Attorneys General Office and I would recommend if anyone else has had this same treatment which I am sure there are others report them, they do not deserve to be in business. ...read more

If there was a no star option I would pick that. They sell broke down cars and hike up car notes. They told me my car note was high because I owed money on a car. I told them that this was incorrect and they did not care. I pulled my credit report and NO car was on my credit anywhere. They are liars and are very rude. They make errors all the time and thing get attitudes when you call them on it. They always have an excuse why something they did was not their fault. This company works with Simple car store. I also have a friend that returned the car she got from them because of the poor customer service and errors. DO NOT GET A CAR with these monsters. Trust me and my friend it is not worth it. ...read more
