I was concerned about Centurion after seeing all the negative comments, but I had an excellent experience. My GE Profile refrigerator needed servicing, and Margie was great getting me help. A GE technician came out in a timely manner and ordered a part. It took a couple of visits by GE and two parts, but Margie facilitated it all, and everything is fine. Thank you, Margie and Centurion and GE. (Oh, their answering machine message is not at all relevant, and it has been for that way for years.
