These people are very shady and run a disorganized, extremely questionable "business." Most of the items at their sales are not priced and they refuse to give you a price per item. Instead he says he will only do "bulk pricing." If you ask "how much is this item by itself" he says I will give you a bulk price only. At least half of the household items were still wrapped and packed in boxes. Were they too lazy to take the items out and price them?
