We where with National Alarm since February 2010 and their service is terrible. The company has been taking our monthy payment direct from our bank account and our service wasn't being monitored by ADT. National Alarm first blamed ADT and then us for canceling the account. Finally after talking to ADT's corporate office in Colorado, they told us that the reason they cancelled our monitoring is because National Alarm was not paying on our account, part of our monthy fee to National Alarm. Kaylee and Kayla (office manger) passed the buck between each other, makes excuses and never ever returns your calls. This has been going on for a month.For over a year and a half, we tried to get techs out to the house to repair the equipment and either they don't show up for their appointments, they don't have the parts, excuses like your tech died this morning or they have to talk to Kala and nothing ever gets repaired. We finally cancelled our contract and went with a more reliable company. This has nothing to do with ADT, but with National Alarm in Mesa, AZ. Save your money and heartache and find another company. We are also reporting them to the BBB. Their excellent rating with BBB will be no more. ADT also told us that they will file a formal complaint against National Alarm and try to get our money back and to get National Alarm to pay the monies owed to ADT. ...read more
