First I will say that reading many of these reviws are useless due to the lack of education and proper grammar. When I resided in this park, there were obvious signs of drug use as well as stealing. Not so much to blame management 1005. Many of the year round tenants either drink too much or use drugs. The park however does sommetimes disregard this fact due to lack of a sufficient income during the slow summer season. As far as security, it isn't professional. The individuals hired are unskilled and frequently interact with the individuals known to do drugs. This puts the parks integrity into question. Also at night many drifters are constantly entering the park, some affiliated with residents that do drugs. As far as the property itself, many of the homes are not livable, yet the owner refuse to remove them. This allows coyotes and other not so safe animals to reside and hide on the premises, putting pets as well as residents at risk. During the winter months only will you see effort on the part of management, as this is the season for the tourist. Yes if you give your property attention you will get respect. However, with the mentioned concerns, it shows that your property doesn't really matter. Overall the park is operated by a group of individuals who reside there with no experience in the field of property management.. The maintenance men were well described in a previous review. One doing drugs and the other and alcoholic. Neither having certification in property management. Also the one that drinks is untrustworthy and sketchy in appearance. To put it simply, if you were hire a contractor to renovate your home, you would definitely overlook either one of them. No one in the park has certification to do anything they are doing. The homes are as is in reality. Some have heating issues, water issues and many other problems. None of which will ever be disclosed at the time of the sale. Also the lot rents are varied based on who we like and who we don't. As a winter bird and a tourist, I advise researching thoroughly before investing here. Also ask for a ride around the entire park, to take in the views of all the properties occupied and unoccupied. You can then see for yourself the lack of management effort on keeping up on the entire property. Also you will see the undesirable tenants, they attempt to keep out of sight to make their sale. May of the reviews sound like irate tenants or staff. I truly hope this review will assist anyone in deciding. I will also add, Arizona was not a favorite place to me, but this park only added to my discontent of that state. ...read more

Salesmanship and Empathy

One of the simplest ways to increase your productivity as a salesperson is to tune into your buyer's point of view. When you are in tune with your buyer you have empathy. This means that you can identify with and understand their situation, feelings, and motives. When you are in tune with your buyer everything you say or do seems to be right on the mark. The buyer gets the feeling that you really understand them and the road to a successful sale lights up like an airport runway. The opposite is also true. When you are not in tune with your buyer nothing you can do or say will seem to be right. When you push they pull and vice versa.Master salespeople know the importance of empathy and tune in to their buyers as quickly as possible. Novice salespeople on the other hand, rarely make the effort. This lack of empathy between buyer and seller accounts for much of the negative experiences many consumers experience. This kind of selling requires a genuine desire on the part of the salesperson to try and be of service. It is pretty easy to spot the salesperson with this kind of desire. These salespeople take an interest in the buyer on a more personal level. The empathetic salesperson asks more questions and better questions. They ask the type of questions that get the buyer to open up and talk about their situation.Buyers like salespeople that reach them on a personal level. Everyone likes to be listened to and understood. When you demonstrate to your buyer that you are interested and paying attention they will open up to you and tell you what it will take to make a sale. Here are a few reminders to help you focus on your buyers;(*) Focus your attention on your buyer. Do not allow yourself to become distracted.(*) Look for something you like in the other person. What do you think their friends like about them?(*) Get your buyer to tell you their situation, hopes and fears with well prepared questions.Sell with empathy and increase your productivity immediately!About Me: Jeff Blackwell is the founder of SalesPractice.com a vibrant onlinesales trainingcommunity that offers sales and marketing professionals free access to a comprehensive range of high quality sales training resources ...read more

Mobile Home Builders and Manufacturers

If you are in the market for a high-quality manufactured home, you will notice that there are a large number of reliable manufacturers that have provided millions of homeowners with great places to live. More consumers are investing in manufactured homes and are hiring builders to construct their homes, piece by piece, in an off-site location. There are many advantages to choosing a manufactured home, besides the relatively lower cost. Extended periods of time spent in construction out of doors can cause damage to valuable materials; woods can buckle or be ruined, and you would have to pick up the bill. Nowadays, off-site manufacturers and builders will involve the consumer in every phase of the building process, from fitting their construction to the floor plan and models that they choose, to consulting with the buyer during the installation process.Among the finest builders of manufactured homes are Silvercrest, Champion, Cavco, Redman and Fuqua. All of these home manufacturers can guarantee quality and reliability and their builders have the well-deserved reputation of being the best in the business. After you have selected your floor plan, the manufacturer will show you a model of how your home will look. Based on this model, you will be able to get an idea of your new home.Of manufactured home builders, Champion is perhaps the largest and best-known name in the manufactured home construction business. Champion can build a home as small as 800 square feet or as large as 2,400 square feet. With Champion builders, you can find the kind of features that are not often seen in manufactured homes, such as fireplaces, skylights, luxury bathrooms and tailor-made cabinetry. Champion manufacturers have a network of builders located all over the country, all with excellent credentials.Silver crest is another popular choice among home manufacturers. Most models are two to three bedrooms and are known for their superior construction. You can count on a rapid completion of your project, and at the same time, you can be assured that the best builders are constructing your home. Every home is approved by HUD, and you will experience no zoning headaches or other technical problems.Cavco is the home manufacturer that is known for its fine selection of RVs and vacation homes. You can also find builders to work on the construction of your regular home, whether it is in a subdivision, a planned lease community, for your private property or located in an urban setting. You can find many special features that many home manufacturers can’t provide.Redman and Clayton are also quality home manufacturers, and Redman specializes in classical construction styles, and Clayton builders guarantee your home’s sturdiness, fire safety, energy efficiency and insulation. When Clayton homes are constructed off-site, the builders inspect every section during every phase to ensure that there are no minor flaws that can create serious problems later on.Fuqua is another well-known name in home construction. Fuqua manufacturers offer many special features, such as a 12 foot floor truss, that is stronger than the typical joists that are used. Fuqua builders use 50% more lumber than other brands, and they can guarantee their crack resistant ceilings. The roof insulation and the windows provided by Fuqua manufacturers reduce heat loss and the shingles have a 30 year warranty.Once you have selected your home manufacturer, you might want to double-check with friends who have used the same company. Usually, word of mouth is best indication of whether or not you will be satisfied with a particular company, and a builder’s reputation is the best indication of good construction. Make sure that you are happy with the model and the floor plan before construction begins; it is always more difficult to change things later on.ABOUT US: Easy Living® Solutions Realty represents mobile homes for sale in several upscale Arizona mobile home, manufactured home and RV resort communities.
