My daughter's school choir arranged to see Sound of Music as their yearly field trip. Group ticket prices were very reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised by the food and the show. Buffet had limited choices, but was tasty and fresh, and they had a wonderful salad bar with lots of choices and a great dessert buffet. The only ""con"" was they seemed to run out of dinner rolls and in a hurry to put out more, they didn't realize the insides were still frozen. One thing we weren't aware of is soft drinks are not included in the buffet price, only tea, water and coffee. Soft drink prices were $2.00 w/unlimited refills. Our server was very friendly and attentive, super good with the kids and he also brought us another drink refill during the intermission. Show was great, actors were wonderful and it was a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon! Summer kids series ticket prices are really inexpensive, so I will probably be taking the kids out there to see Cinderella later this summer. Well worth our 45 min drive from the West Valley!! ...read more
