This company has had 3 firesprinkler leaks in 3 years on a custom home we built for a customer. In each case they tried to weasle out of their responsibility. I've had to resort to contacting their insurance company and our attorney to get them to pay for the repairs and damage. They are liable for construction defects for 7 years, it's the law and eventually they will pay for their poor workmanship and costruction defects.
