Do not stay here. It is cramped with no parking. There is a sewer smell in the whole park at certain times of the day. The neighborhood is bad. There is a water canal along the park and kids throw rocks at the rv s doing damage. Take a look at all the cameras and spiked fences and you will get the idea. The owner is overbearing and will knock at your door every other day to complain about other tenants. If any of his property is damaged he will lock the bathrooms down for a week. We have a very clean and quiet park. Pets and service animals are welcome. We have had several tenants with Certified service animals. If someone is downloading movies, it will interfere with the WiFi speed. We invite everyone to come visit our park. ...read more
