Luminares were poor quality & required both assembly & caulking to the pavers to stay in place. This was not in their description.We are old & cannot do that much labor as I explained to them.They accepted our return; then they deducted the "free postage" from our refund.Finally they required that I return the items in their original oversized box which cost extra to send. We lost a lot of our money.Poor service & deceptive practices. ...read more
