I purchased a bed from Oasis years ago at the other Mesa location so came back to purchase another one at this location since it was closer to my house. They have a large selection and i picked a bed- no problem. The problem came when it was time to pay. The cost of the bed is clearly indicated on the bed in the showroom, however- they will use some bate and switch tactics when it comes time to pay. You will not receive an itemized receipt printed from their computer. You will get a hand written invoice that they will lump everything together under one charge. After my salesman charged my card, he "conveniently forgot" to charge me for the mattress cover which is fine. And then... "oh darn! I forgot to charge you for the frame" but he had already told me it was included in the charge for the bed. I stood my ground and he "let me have" the $35 frame.
