Though I have not been to the UltraStar cinema in Havasu, I would highly recommend you try them first before coming to the "Movies Havasu" on Swanson Avenue. The seating and sound systems are outdated. They had trouble with the sound on the film more than once and when I am my family sought a refund, the older woman was not apologetic in the least. She said they couldn't rewind the film and suggested that there wasn't anything important in the section we missed - acting as though we should have been more than happy with hearing the conversation either in a whisper or not at all.
