On our college spring break trip we chose this hotel through expedia, upon check in we were required a 300 deposit (that was not noted anywhere) and even though they said they wouldn't put it through on the credit card, they did. An additional 77 dollars was also charged with their spring break hiked up prices for additional people in the room. Throughout the entire stay we were harassed and bothered. They called the room threatening to call the police late one night (not even for noise) and then asked for my mothers cell phone number so that they could call and tattle on me. After an unpleasant stay i came home to find the damage deposit that they supposedly gave back posted on my card as well as an additional 164 charge, which they claimed they knew nothing about. Not only did i have to deal with this treatment during my stay, but i am still dealing with sorting out the money that has been taken from me. I have done business with this company for about 4 years now. Cheryl has been my realtor helping us find a home when we first moved to Lake Havasu City and she even listed a second home we bought as an investment for vacation rentals.
