I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT, i HEARD A BRUNETTE THAT WAS WORKING BEHIND THE HERTZ COUNTER SAY SHE IS AMAZED AT PEOPLE AND THEIR STUPIDITY AND LAZINESS, SHE HAD SAID THIS JUST AFTER A CUSTOMER SHE WAS DEALING WITH JUST WALKED OUT THE DOOR, THIS IS EMBARRASSING AND DISGUSTING. Hertz in Kingman, AZ has always come through for me when I needed them. Whether it was finding me a specialty vehicle for the weekend or letting me drop it off in another city when I had an emergency, THEY ARE THE BEST!! Michelle in the office is genuinely nice and remembers me by name. She has even noticed what kind of cars I don't like and goes out of her way to ensure I don't have an uncomfortable ride. If you EVER need to rent a car...I recommend Hertz out at the airport. It may be a bit of a drive but SO WORTH IT!!!! ...read more
