Three days after moving all of our stuff into our storage unit we were robbed. My fiance and I went into the office to make them aware of what was going on and the lady at the desk told us that the owner would be in the office in the next couple hours. We came back in to talk to the owner and he not only accused us of lying and stealing our own stuff, he then proceeded to accuse his parents, and finally kicked us out of his storage facility. Kokopelli storage has no customer service and their storage facility has no surveillance cameras. They are certainly not a secure place for anyone's belongings. I used Kingman Movers and Van Lines for to move from Kingman back to NY and they really did such a great job that I had to write a review. I was very concerned that they may damage my gorgeous bedroom set but they moved it perfectly without even a scratch. I also couldn't believe how efficient they were. bunch of greedy rip off artist. they will cheat you left and right. but if you try to cheat them watch out. they call the cops. never had that experience i just think its a bunch of bs. had a 2 ton load with 300 lbs of sheet metal compared to 1700 lbs of short iron. sheet metal pays 50 a ton, short iron pays 120. they gave me 50 a ton. and its not like this was my first trip there. but its my last!! you do the math on my 125 dollar loss to there greed. if you wanna get paid good money for your scrap. look up john shrumb. he has two yard behind the airport. he is down to earth and not stuck on his own greed like these other thiefs ...read more
