Lessons are learned only after the experience... my experience with this appraiser... make sure they have a 10 dollar 'backup' thumb drive while taking pictures on an appraisal job. Sorta surprised that the appraiser somehow never took a 'look' at those files after 3 days of preparing the Appraisal Report... but then again, a Mortgage professional would have known the local appraisers that work in the market... and not leave that decision up to a 3rd party to make that 'very critical' decision ....
