I want Dr. Altman back! The other dentist who works with Dr. Wu at this office is not worth seeing. My advice go somewhere else. The dentist accidently pinched my lip, I said ouch, he screamed at me to open my mouth and told be to stop being such a whimp, when all he would have had to say was sorry. Rude, Nasty, Mean, Incompetant comes to mind. When I first went in he didn't even introduce himself, no person to person relationship at all. Summing up the experience I had this clinic using only one word, the only thing that would come to mind is Nightmare. Cause I'll be honest nothing else captures just how revolted I am about the demeanor, professionalism, or treatment of the dentist at Glendale Smiles PLLC. I'm low income without dental insurance, I have three kids so money is tight. The Dentist treated me like trash, he didn't wait for the medicine to kick in before tearing into my mouth, he broke the tooth in half trying to get it out, while being held down by a staff worker, crying I told him he was hurting me. So he answered with do you want me to stop? yes Dr, now that you've broken my tooth in half with your incompetence and impatience, yes now I want you to stop. Please, please, please don't send a loved ones to these quacks. After all a is said and done, it's been about a week and my mouth hurts 10 times more now than it did before the tooth was pulled. ...read more
