Have been owed refund of $356.79 for three months now. Employees REFUSE to answer phone or emails. A package was shipped to me INSURED. Arrived badly damaged . Person I bought item from filed insurance claim at this store. Ups has no record of this claim. Package was returned to this store on 9NOV2011 . Have been given the runaround long enough. These people are blatant LIARS & THIEVES. IN short, RIPOFFS. Their refusal to communicate with me proves this fact. Several times when I've phoned, someone picks up phone & puts it back down cutting me off. The current owner,one John Carpenter, franchise here ,should be REVOKED,as he clearly doesn't give a squat about his customers.I am filing a complaint with the Glendale,AZ BBB to this effect.This stores rating is NO STARS. ...read more
