I would rate them with no stars but that is not an option. I never got what I paid for and now they want me to pay again? Their doctor turnover rate makes any history or longevity you have with them pointless. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I have 7 prescriptions at the Target Pharmacy on 9350 W. Northern Avenue. I recently needed an emergency prescription and went to Fry's Pharmacy because it is only i mile from my home. I was treated coldly, impersonly, and abruptly by their pharmacy staff. I remembered why I have been with the Target Pharmacy for years even though it's 10 miles from my home. The pharmacy staff at Target(Claudia, Lindsey, Andrew, and Chris treat me as if were a member of their family, and I feel as if they are all my grandkids. I made an appointment for my son. We were greeted promptly, which was nice, but me and my husband had to wait and make sure paperwork..insurance etc. was completed before we left him to get examined. This elderly employee came up to my husband and asked "Can I help you?" My husband responded, "No, I'm just waiting for someone." Then the employee went to other employee's mocking loudly, my earshot," He told me he is waiting for somebody", "I'm nobody" and laughing out loud. I turned to her and told her that " The somebody he is waiting for is me, and to mock and make fun of a customer or family is rude." The big blonde employee just looked at me and made an ugly face...We left and will never go to that shop again..... ...read more
