Last review went from a 1 star to a 5 star for some reason... PLEASE KNOW THAT I RATE THEM A 1 STAR FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Alan from Apache Gear was difficult to deal with. Our company was unable to even get a quote due to the way that he handled business. He speaks down to people, as if he is above them. Not quite sure how Apache Gear expects to get potential reaccuring business with someone like Alan handling quotes. They also are not up with the times, it is 2014 and they do not have e-mails. Quoting is a lot more efficient when handled via e-mail than fax machine.
