Appliances are ancient. Rent is overpriced. The customer service ends the moment you sign your lease. They are more concerned with future tenants than current tenants. This is easy to see with vendors doing working in upstairs units after 7pm during the week and before 8am on the weekend in order to get units ready for new tenants. When there are issues in the apartment, the leasing office is more interested in telling you the issue is either normal or, that it is your own fault. There is not sufficient parking ANYWHERE in this complex. Only been here 4 months and have already put in nearly 20 work orders including two leaks, one of which flooded our bedroom. Different girls in the leasing office will give conflicting information despite them working in the same office. It has been a really frustrating experience living here.
