We signed a contract back in September 17' and after 2 or 3 visits, Sandra stopped showing up. Countless attempts to communicate with Sandra were unsuccessful, or met with vague text messages that provided and excuse as to why they were unable to perform their contracted obligation. There is no doubt in my mind that she is knowledgeable about gophers, and their behaviors. But her customer service and promise to the guarantee that she states on her website is non existent. I don't even have words for how wonderful these guys were! I am 30 weeks pregnant and when I needed my stuff moved last weekend to the new house my husband and I bought, we called these guys.
