To the person who wrote a review about the rude woman at the deli counter, I know just what you mean. There is a woman who works in the deli who is absolutely horrible. I often get the feeling she finds pleasure in being rude to customers. Once, there was a puddle on the floor in front of her counter, and I slipped in it and hit the ground, and she started laughing. Yes, the manager was very apologetic but they still let this horrible woman work there, and I just don't get it.
