I would like to echo the other comments regarding GAC. Their presentation is pretty but their performance is ugly. They appear to lack the capacity to deposit money as directed into designated 403(b) accounts. This is the most basic function of GAC and they can't do it. Over half of my money is missing and the payments they have made are at irregular intervals. The "customer service " line is a joke. They do not return calls and their recorded message correctly suggests that they are too busy handling old problems to deal with new ones. As a former member of a district insurance committee I urge districts to not be deceived by their presentation (typically done by former district financial officers). They do not perform. 1 Star is too high. Ditto the previous reviews. Any company that has a phone line dedicated to "missing investments" is suspect at best. Call 928-679-2821 to hear this message. I knew from the get-go that the company was questionable when TIAA_CREF would not do business with them. ...read more
