Went in to pick up some items for my wife during black friday and it was a good experience. Great customer service friendly and willing to assist and help. I have been going to the Cowboy shop for over 15 years & my gal Nancy was awesome, she not only would bring me jeans that might work, but would check my purchase history to see what type of jeans, boots, I purchased in the past, they, she was amazing!! A few weeks ago I go in and while I am aware that Nancy has been gone a while now, I'd hoped to get a few jeans & boots having lost 30 lbs and was greeted with nothing but bad attitude! The little tart behind the counter never gave me the time of day. After roaming around for a few mintues, hoping for some assistance which never came, I finally asked a few "?"s regard their inventory & selection only to be answered with a resounding "NOPE" over & over...too bad, I enjoyed spending several hundreds, several times a year...their loss! ...read more
