Noelle is very personable and really knows about gel nails. I was told I had gel nails from the previous salon I was going to (one of the "discount salons") but they had lied to me. Under the gel top coat there was acrylic. She explained that this was a really big problem and people are getting ripped off. She filed off all the acrylic and put "real" gel over my nails.
