I am curious if Cathy and the entire staff at Mc Gee Property treat their owners/landlords, (Their real customer), in the same manner they treat their customers customer the actual renter. It all begins with us and if the owners knew the level of service provided by their agent representing them I am sure they may find another. The condescending attitude and endless parade of, no we do not do that, is an overwhelming deterrent to ever conducting business with Mc Gee or even visiting Bullhead City in the future. I actually had cash to make my rent payment in their office on time and they said, "No, we don't take cash". They do not have a business bank account, obviously the paper trail they are trying to keep visual for the owner would still be apparent. I will say this, they are consistent, from the young women at the front desk to Cathy and all in-between they all consistently rude. DO NOT GIVE Sun River Properties ANY MONEY! You may never see it again! We contracted with this company to manage our rental home. They took all of the renter's deposit money, a maintenance deposit from us, and 10% of the monthly rent. In four months time, they failed to get application information from the tenants or have the tenants sign a lease. They also never inspected the rental property, as required--all this while taking money each month and not keeping us, the landlords, informed of their lack of ability to perform even these basic duties as outlined in a contract of their very own making. PLEASE don't let them frustrate you the way they have us and other clients! We are still fighting to get our money from them. ...read more
