The technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. They have always been on time (if not early) and help me understand what is going on. The office staff is great to talk to on the phone, and I have always gotten an appointment either same day or the next. PC-Helpers are the best and I always feel better when I call them because they make me feel important. They are a company I can depend on when something bad happens to my computer.
