I couldn't be happier with the service. AVC treats customers like they are family. Except for one mechanic, I had never met any if them until my first visit a few months ago. When you find good people, you go back. I believe this is my third trip to their clean, neat and friendly business.

I was able to drop my vehicle in after hours on short notice and they diagnosed the problem as well pointed out unsafe tires and another problem that was not urgent and suggested I save my money at this time.

Every single time I bring my Jeep in you manage to find something that ends up costing me $300 - $500 or more! I can't keep bringing my vehicle to you for repairs.

From making the appointment to completion of the service, it was terrific. The great news of only a minor problem causing the "check engine" light to illuminate was communicated to me with great enthusiasm and with breakneck speed. The cost to repair it was negligible, and the light is no longer illuminated! AND they gave us a ride home after we delivered the car! What MORE can a customer ask for?

As always, the repair was done as promised and on time. They never try to pack the repair with other charges.
